Experience
Meaghan's career has included founding The Dome Retreat at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel, growing the team from 6 to 32 and earning major industry awards; transforming Outshine Beauty Medispa on James Street into a results-driven medispa; and conceiving and founding KAILO Wellness Medispa at The Calile Hotel. Most recently, Meaghan led the full turnaround of TotalFusion Platinum in Newstead. She has also advised Mirvac, O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, Virgin Active and Artisan Aesthetic Clinics.
Meaghan was founding President of the Australian Spa Association, served on the board of the International Spa Association Asia Pacific and was President of Women Chiefs of Enterprise International (Queensland and Victoria). In 2026, she joined the Wellness Real Estate panel at the Australian Spa and Wellness Summit.
