Leading with Vitality

Helping your most experienced women stay – and lead – through perimenopause and menopause.

The average age of menopause in Australia is 51, and perimenopause can begin 4 to 10 years earlier – right in the decade women move into senior management and executive roles. Sleep, brain fog, mood, energy and weight changes quietly affect performance and confidence, and too many capable women step back – even though most of these symptoms improve with the right support. Leading with Vitality gives it to them.

The business case

  • $17 billion a year – lost earnings and super for Australian women due to menopause (AIST, 2022)
  • 14% – Australian women who have left the workforce or stepping sideways due to menopause symptoms (MetLife Australia, 2024)
  • 83% – women whose work is affected by menopause symptoms (Australasian Menopause Society)

A whole-body approach

Perimenopause is a multi-system transition, not just a hormone story. Oestrogen and progesterone receptors sit in every major system and the Leading with Vitality program supports nine: gut · brain · energy (mitochondria) · immune · hormonal · circulation · metabolic · skin and nervous system. We start with the gut – address the foundation and most other symptoms ease.

Lunch & Learn – 2 hours

Imagine a lunch where the food is part of the lesson. Over a beautiful, menopause-friendly meal chosen to show how easy it is to eat well when dining out, your women leaders finally get the conversation most of them have never had at work. I share the science in plain language, along with my own story of burnout and early menopause while running a business, and practical tips they can use the very next day. It's warm, candid and often the first time colleagues realise they're not alone. Everyone leaves feeling lighter, better informed and with a simple personal plan for the next 30 days.

8-week online group program

Real change happens when you're not doing it alone. Over eight weeks, a small group of women leaders meet online each week to reset their health together, with me guiding the way. Each woman follows her own personalised nutrition plan, so the program fits her body, her goals and her calendar. The sessions are practical and recorded, so a board meeting or a flight never means falling behind. Between sessions, the group becomes a trusted circle of peers who understand exactly what they're going through. By the end, they have more energy, better sleep a sharper mind and a centred calm, plus a plan to keep it going.

Executive 1:1 coaching – 3 or 6 months

Some leaders need something more personal. My one-to-one coaching is a confidential space for senior women to work on their health through the gut health protocol at the pace of their real lives: board papers, travel, family and all. Together we get to the root of what's draining their energy, sleep and focus, and build a plan around their body, their history and their medical team. It's tailored, discreet and deeply supportive, with me in their corner between sessions too. For many organisations, it's one of the most meaningful ways to keep a valued leader well, and in the role.
