The Dome Retreat
Brisbane Marriott Hotel · Founder · 1998–2005
In 1998 Meaghan conceived and opened The Dome Retreat, Australia's first five-star hotel day spa. She grew the team from 6 to 32, and the spa won Australian Spa of the Year in 2004 among many industry awards for its service standards and authentic guest care. Along the way she helped shape Australia's emerging spa industry, developing SOPs, training and marketing frameworks and speaking regularly at industry conferences.

Outshine Beauty Medispa
James Street, Brisbane · Owner · 2012–2018
Meaghan purchased Outshine and transformed it into a renowned medispa and skin clinic, leading the move to high-performance skin treatments delivered with personalised care – for busy, discerning women who wanted both visible results and genuine nurture.

KAILO Wellness Medispa
The Calile Hotel, Brisbane · Founder · 2014–2019
Meaghan conceived, developed and founded KAILO at The Calile Hotel, one of Australia's leading luxury lifestyle destinations. Working closely with the Malouf family and architects Richards and Spence, she shaped the concept, design and guest experience from the ground up, creating one of Australia's leading luxury medispa brands.

The Lost World Spa
O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, Gold Coast Hinterland · Spa and Wellness Consultant · 2005–2007
Set high in the rainforest of the Gold Coast hinterland, The Lost World Spa was created as the wellness heart of O'Reilly's. Meaghan led the project from vision, concept and feasibility through development, pre-opening and launch marketing, then mentored the management team once it opened.

Vie Spa
Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, WA · Spa and Wellness Consultant · 2005–2006
Overlooking Geographe Bay, Vie Spa was designed as a destination spa for Bunker Bay Resort. Working closely with architects Grounds Kent, Meaghan guided the vision and concept, feasibility, development and pre-opening, through to launch marketing and ongoing management mentoring.

Artisan Aesthetic Clinics
12 clinics across Australia · Strategic and Operations Review · 2019–2020
Artisan engaged Meaghan to develop a strategic plan for clinic operations and client service. She ran an extensive mystery shopping program across all 12 clinics, then delivered detailed analysis, recommendations and debriefs identifying training and marketing opportunities. Her recommendations became the basis of Artisan's operational strategy for the following 12 to 24 months.

The Spa at TotalFusion Platinum
Newstead, Brisbane · Spa and Wellness Advisor · 2024–2026
TotalFusion and Cavcorp engaged Meaghan to lead the spa's strategic and operational turnaround. Starting with mystery shopping, she led the team through a restructure – new SOPs and training, a refreshed spa menu and wellness protocols, a product range review and new marketing – to lift team culture, guest service and financial performance.
