Liver is the most nutrient dense food on the planet. However, if you don't feel like sitting down to a meal of liver, this is an excellent way to naturally and significantly increase levels of essential nutrients such as iron, zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin A and B vitamins in more bioavailable way to the body than most supplements.

Liver is also high in histamines so if you have a histamine intolerance the these are not for you until you calm your histamine response.
