Tahini, Turmeric and Lemon Dip
Jul 22, 2023I need to share this Dr Mark Hyman recipe with you, it's everything I love in a dip - high fat, high protein, full of nutrients and anti-inflammatory. And most importantly it's YUM!!! You’re going to want to make a double batch of this Turmeric Tahini Dip—it’s good on everything! You could use it to dip veggies in, spread on seed crackers, or add parsley and drizzle over salad, roasted chicken or grilled fish.
It’s super quick and easy to make:
Prep Time: 5 mins
Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt or quality sea salt
- 1/3 cup cold filtered water
Directions

Add the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric, honey and salt to a bowl. Slowly pour in the cold water while whisking everything together until fully combined.
- Serve with chopped veggies, goat cheese, seed crackers, nuts and olives for a complete tapas board. Store leftovers in a seal container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
