Baked Whole Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • butter or olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and place a piece of foil on a baking sheet.
  • 2. Use a fork to poke holes into the sweet potatoes
  • 3. Set them on the baking sheet, and roast for approx 50 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside, puffed up and soft inside when pierced with a fork.
